Overall Purpose
• We need a highly organised, enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and trustworthy person to support our team to help ensure the smooth, efficient running of our operations in Tanzania. The role plays a vital part in the smooth-running of the operations and financial activities. The post holder will also have frequent responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
• Actively support the Alistair Logistics Health, Safety, Environment and Quality vision and values.
Specific tasks
• Ensure collections of Trip Expense Order from our Operation Team,
• Create all the cost of sales purchase order respecting charts of accounts, procedure and tight deadline,
• Assist the team on any accounting purpose,
• And any other task assigned by the Finance Manager.
3. Qualification
• A minimum of Advanced Diploma or Accounting Technician certificate.
• Proven work experience as an accountant (at least 1 years’ experience).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software

• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills and needs to be meticulous.
• Strong people management skills - ensure deliverables required by others to complete tasks are provided.
• Trustworthiness, to have a strong sense of integrity
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines to ensure work is completed within time.

• Computer Literacy to effectively operate and manipulate online management systems.
