Employee Relations and Mobility Specialist (Grade 9)

JOB PURPOSE
Ensure all employee relatations, welfare, relocation and administration matters are well managed. Ensure all expatriates Administrative issues are properly managed to smoothen settling in the country.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Effective management of people related issues such as: medical services, disciplinary, grievance and external labour matters
• Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate
• Track all Labour Law related updates and changes and communicate accordingly to all stakeholders and recommend changes to organisational policies and procedures.
• Manage all admin activities of the HR department, eg. Employment letters, employee contracts etc
• Communicate to incoming expatriates and prepare all required documents and tools to be issued by HR department.
• Ensure timely availability of work and resident permits, insurance and pension numbers for all expatriates
• Maintain and communicate expat policies and ensure enforcement at all times
• Ensure expatriates are well informed on issues that affect their and their family welfare.
• Ensure expatriates database is maintained and updated in all systems.
• Guide and support expatriates in processing their pension claims when leaving the country.
• Prepare and submit expatriates annual returns to all relevant authorities. 
• Prepare monthly work permit status.
• Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action

Reportingon Employee Relations matters.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree, preferably in Human Resources, International relations, Public Relations, Business administration.
• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
