Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa said the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr. John pombe Magufuli has given him a permit to employ 52,000 employees in various government departments including the health sector.The Prime Minister has said it today during the launch of maternal ward at Amana Regional Hospital in Dar es Salaam
